AGREEMENT TO ENTER MARRIAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement, made and entered into this _______________,

in the Municipality of _________, Philippines, by and between:

__________, of legal age, Filipino, single, and

with residence at Brgy. ____, referred to as the
FIRST PARTY;

- and -

________, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a

resident of ______, hereinafter referred to as
the SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the common-law-husband

(LIVE-IN PARTNER) of the SECOND PARTY.

WHEREAS, the second party in now pregnant and is expected

to give birth sometime on ______.

WHEREAS, FIRST PARTY recognized the unborn child as his

own child and as a sign of sincerity to father the child and become the
lawful husband of the SECOND PARTY, this agreement is being
executed.

NOW, THEREFORE, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND

PARTY hereby agree and covenant the following, to wit:

1. DATE OF EFFECTIVITY. This Agreement executed by parties

takes effect upon the signing of this instrument.

2. That both parties will enter into marital union on or before

________.

3. The parties shall continue to cohabit or live as common-law

husband and wife and shall jointly rear and support their child to
be born thereafter.

4. The parties hereby agree that they willingly, readily and

voluntarily enter the covenant and provisions stated herein and
that the same shall be binding to them.
