a. Owner
b. Designer
c. Contractors
The relation between these are shown in the figure (2)

The challenge of project manager is to

have coordination among the owner,
designer and contractor. There is only
one goal of the project to have
construction facility. All the three
should work a as a team in amenable
manner.
Among the various operations during
the project, planning, design and
construction are prominent activity.
One of the challenge of the project
manage is to establish the
coordination and control between
planning, design and construction.
Hence these depends upon many
factors. These features are 
enumerated  in the diagram.
