Listen to three people describing their houses. Match the description with the correct picture.
Write 1, 2 or 3 under the picture. You will hear each description twice.

DESCRIPTION 1
Hello everyone! I’m José. This is my house. It’s not very big but it’s really well constructed.
There’s a garage at the back of the house. It’s a one-floor house. The bathroom is not in the
house, it’s outside next to our garden. My brother and I share the bedroom and my parents
sleep in the biggest bedroom. When it’s cold, we sit down around the stove. I think my house
is beautiful.

DESCRIPTION 2

Hi! My name is Cynthia. This is my house. There’s a garage, a kitchen and a bathroom on the
first floor. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a small living room, too.

My favourite thing about my house is that we can climb on the roof to watch the stars at night
or sunbathe if it’s sunny and hot. I like this house and in the future I want to have a similar house.

Hello! My name is Berly. My house is not like other houses. In my town, some houses are built
above the land. In my house there’s only one big space. The kitchen, the living room and the
bedrooms are all together. I love my house because it feels like we are close to nature.
