Note to SAP SUPPORT: I consent to SAP Support reproducing the described issue while connected remotely to my
non-production environments, using any steps provided by me in the description below. If it is necessary to do this in a
production environment, SAP Support will contact me specifically before proceeding.

--- Description ---

Again I have an error on a disk, in the previous case with the same error they told me to deal with the hardware provider,
an IMM update work was already done, but the error came up again. The disk is in this predictive state, so I require the
instructions or commands to be sent to me: 1. Identify the disk 2. Put the disk offline or in error 3. And go back online
once you physically change. The above on the recommendation of the hardware provider LENOVO. I look forward to
your prompt response, since it is the productive server. Thank you.
