2. PURPOSE.
Establish corporate guidelines for managing the threat posed by coronavirus (COVID-19) for workers who
must travel abroad within their work functions and at the same time for visitors or employees who come from
different countries and visit our facilities and in general, for all the workers of the company.

3. REACH.
This protocol applies to all workers of the company, especially those who within their functions require travel
abroad and for those who visit us.

4. APLICATION.
This document applies to all workers of the company.

5. PROTOCOL.
In the event of the possible incursion into Colombia and LATAM of COVID-19 disease (Coronavirus), the
Department of Preventive work Medicine presents the minimum guidelines to be implemented in terms of
promotion and prevention for the preparation, response and care, that should be applied in work
environments and other activities for the three groups of workers exposed, considering the risk of exposure;
workers at risk of direct exposure, risk of average exposure and risk of intermediate exposure.

5.1 GUIDELINE FOR WORKERS TRAVELING TO THE OUTSIDE.

5.3 DEFINITIONS.

5.3.1 CORANOVIRUS: They are viruses that arise periodically in different areas of the world and cause
Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) from mild to severe, in people and animals. Viruses are transmitted
between animals and from there, could infect humans. As countries' technical screening and
surveillance capabilities improve, more coronaviruses are likely to be identified

5.3.2 SUSPICIOUS CASE: These are criteria where a person has symptoms highly suspected of a
disease.

5.3.3 THE COMPANY: Designation referring to the operations in Colombia and Peru of STORK HOLDING

associations in which any of them participate.
