    AUDITOR'S CERTIFICATION

    I have examined the books of accounts of Pawnshop - Batuan Branch which is owned and
    operated by Lhuillier Jewel Financial (Pawnshops), Inc. for the year ended December 31, 2019. My
    examination was made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and accordingly
    included such test of the accounting records and such other auditing procerdures as I considered
    necessary in the circumstances.

    The books of accounts for the year ended December 31, 2019 which have been verified showed
    a gross sales of P 103,694.50 which is however subject to my final review and audit which will be
    conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles on a consistent basis.
