HEALTHY RECIPES

Chicken with Green beans


2 Medium Carrots (cut in squares)
1 Table spoon of Olive oil (put the carrots in the pan)
2 table spoon chicken broth or water (mix it with the carrots)
3 oz. Green beans (cut in rectangles then mix it with carrots)
1 clove of garlic (slice in pino way)
4 oz. chicken breast (cut in squares and cooks it with garlic)
A sprinkle of salt and black pepper

Vegan Rice Recipe


¼ Cup of Brown Rice with pinch of Salt (Rice)
¼ Medium white onions (cut in cloves)
1 Table spoon of olive oil
¼ Medium Red bell pepper (cut in squares)
2 White mushrooms (cut in squares)
1 Medium Carrots (cut in squares)
2 Table spoon chicken broth or water
4 oz. Dices tomatoes canned
1 Table spoon tomato paste
¼ Table spoon garlic powder
¼ Table spoon Italian Seasoning
¼ Dried Thyme
¼ Table spoon paprika
¼ Table spoon onion powder
A sprinkle of salt and black pepper
1 Table spoon parsley

Turkey Pasta Dinner


Whole wheat spiral pasta (boil it with pinch of salt)
¼ Medium white onion
1 Tbs. olive oil
Turkey ground/ meat mix it with the onion
¼ Tbs. Italian seasoning
¼ Garlic powder
A sprinkle of Salt and black pepper
4 oz. Dices tomatoes canned
1 tbsp. cheese
Turkey Penne Dinner
1 medium bell pepper (slice in long ways)
Whole wheat penne pasta
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Ground beef or turkey
1/8 tbs. Italian seasoning
1/8 tbs. paprika
Salt and pepper mix it all with the ground beef, cook it and followed the bell pepper
½ cup tomato sauce and mix it with the pasta and sauce
Then put cheese

Bibimpap Korean
1 cup Short Grain Rice
Carrot cook with butter
Zucchini length of your pointer finger
1 leaf Cabbage cook with butter
3 leave Lettuce
4 crisps Gim
Mushroom cook in oil and salt
1 cup Soybean sprouts (Boiled with salt, once the water boils get the sprout and wash it
with cold water
1 Egg
Roasted Sea weed

Ochujang Sauce (sauce for bibimpap)


Gochujang - 2 teaspoons red chilli paste
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
