Resolution of the Homeroom PTA OFFICERS of ANDA INTEGRATED SCHOOL

approving applicant the grant the project of Stand Fan in the classroom

WHEREAS: We the Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association agreed to have an

additional fan through the voluntary contribution and donation

WHEREAS: the said project will contribute to the ambiance of learning by the
pupils;

WHEREAS: upon unanimous motion of the Grade 5-B adviser and parents, it was;

RESOLVED as it resolved, to procure the needed appliance to the classroom of

Grade 5-B

RESOLVED: finally; that upon approval of all the members of Homeroom PTA,
voluntary contribution should be collected for purchase.

Unanimously approved August 18, 2017 at Anda Integrated School, Poblacion,

Anda, Pangasinan, Philippines.
