Terms & Conditions

* This Payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the wedding or the photography services

* Wedding Edge reserves all the copyrights of images. We may use your pictures for our promotion & exhibitions wherever we want to use

* Clients have to pick the soft copies and the prints from Wedding Edge office as there is no home delivery service is available

* Clients must complete their full payment on the event date.

* Photography outputs will be delivered within 4 weeks from the event date.

* Cinematography outputs will be delivered within 4 weeks after providing the song lists.

* Clients must take the delivery within 1 month after getting call from our office. After one month Wedding Edge won’t take any
responsibilities of the provided services

* Clients have to provide their print list within 2 weeks after getting the soft copies. After 2 weeks Wedding Edge won’t provide printed copies.
If client fails to provide the print list in time we won’t provide any printed copy later.

* If the event continues after 11 p.m. you’ve to provide transportation must for the safety of the photographers and cinematographers
(Personal car/Uber fare) else photographer will leave the venue at 11 p.m. as at late night unfortunate accident may happen which might result
into losing the photos/videos of the event

* Photographers will work only in the venue and nowhere else unless clients book us for getting ready or bashor shoot

* Ensure that there is adequate light where the bride, groom and guests will be sitting (Lighting only the pillar back of the stage and not
having proper light on the face will result in light imbalance)

* One family member needs to help the photographers to identify important guests and family members so that they can capture their photos
properly
