Objective:
By the end of the activity, the dry run of the distribution and retrieval of modules shall
be observed/ seen.
Preliminaries:
Days before the activity of the dry run, the school headed by the school principal ensured
that all modules to be distributed were ready. The announcement of modules distribution and
retrieval was also posted. Activity orientation was also conducted with the presence of both the
teachers and the parents of the identified pupils who would participate in the dry run. In that
orientation, the proper protocols were observed to ensure the safety of the involved individuals.

Design and The dry run of the distribution and retrieval of modules was realized due to the collaborative
Methodology of effort extended by all those people involved in the activity. The funding for the modules
procurement was expanded thru the financial support extended by many benefactors who donated
the Event:
cash and kinds like bond papers, alcohols/hand sanitizers, face masks, etc.

Management
and The Monitoring of the dry run was done by the school principal, event organizers, and was
Monitoring supervised by the District Principal-in-Charge with the aid of Brgy. Officials, teachers and
parents.
Strategies:

Logistical
Arrangements: There’s no MOOE fund downloaded to our school since April, 2020 for the school supplies
allocation as the electric and water bills as well as utility personnel’ salary was funded . Thus, in
order to finance some expenses incurred in the activity, some individuals initiated to have a
voluntary donation to come up an amount that was utilized in the procurement of materials like
bondpaper and other needed materials for the modules, and some benefactors had donated alcohol,
face mask and disinfectant.

Output/s:
Pictorials; Assessment Results consolidated by each grade level chairman

Innovations/

Initiatives:
Participants’
The dry run has been realized in preparation for the opening of classes amidst pandemic.
Feedback:

Issues and Pupils found it confusing to understand fully the lesson found in their module. Despite their
Challenges: parents’ assistance, some had still found it difficult.
The absence of MOOE fund for the months of October, November and December, 2019 had a
great impact on the paralysis of the school supply procurement. This was augmented when there
was no MOOE fund allocation downloaded for school supply because only the bills for the
electricity, water and salary of the utility personnel was funded. Hence, there was no fund used for
the procurement of materials to be utilized in the dry run.
Interventions These parents had reached out the teachers concerned through text messages, private
Implemented: messages in the messenger or even had video calls in asking questions relative to the lesson in
order to help the pupils understand better the lesson.
The pecuniary problem was addressed through to the benevolent hearts of some individuals
who had extended their help in order to finance the incurred expenses for the module reproduction
utilized in the activity.
New Planned
