Strategic control system for BATA are given below:

1. Assessment Strategy: BATA shoe company should always evaluate their employees
properly for their work. Every employee of the BATA company Will try to contribute
their best outcomes in terms of job responsibilities because, they will be evaluating for
their work. They will always get several benefits/ rewards for their performances which
assist to accomplish their enthusiasm for the profession. The practice is still available.
But not implemented properly.

2. Controlling the employees: In any organization employees are the ones who play the
major role in maintaining the reputation. To implement any strategy, we have
to make sure that employees are working efficiently and ethically. So, it is important for
Bata company to control their employees properly. This will help them to implement
the strategy we recommended.

3. Strategic Surveillance: Through this Strategy the strategic surveillance, the company
will monitor each and every event that is occurring internally or externally. This strategy
will help to collect data and respond to it by analyzing it, it will help to monitor potential
competitors as well as clients, and not to mention distributing information to those
function or departments that needs to develop the product. This system will also be used
to evaluate the work of the employees in different department. The evaluation will be
individual as well as the group or team which is working on a certain project.

4. Reward for innovation: BATA Shoe Company should declare a huge reward for those
employees who will come up with new innovation. An employee will get the reward
based the target they were set or the project that they were working on. This is a very
good and highly recognized motivation factor and it will increase the company’s
profitability and also give them competitive advantage.
