SUBJECT : PRE-HEMIS DATA GATHERING OF HEI INFORMATION FOR

ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-2021

DATE : 24 SEPTEMBER 2020

Relative to the yearly Higher Education Management Information System (HEMIS) Data
Gathering, all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are hereby enjoined to submit a pre-HEMIS
data of the different HEI information for Academic Year 2020-2021. This includes the following:

1. Basic HEI Information;

2. Programs Offered; and
3. The Institution Profile;

Please see attached template. Submission will be on or before 28 September 2020, Monday.

for JV Regalado or Sid Cua.
