Since the DLP is intended for Grade 10 students of

Araling Panlipunan, the primary medium of instruction
is Filipino.

PARTS OF DETAILED LESSON PLAN

1. The first part of Detailed Lesson Plan (DLP) is

the Objective or Layunin.

This entails the expected learning outcomes of the

Learners at the end of the discussion of the lesson. Along with this, Objective guides teachers in
choosing what lesson they must teach their students in order for the learners to attain the
specified objectives.

Base on the content of the DLP Week 4 Day 10, the objective emphasizes the three domains of
learning: Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor.

• Pamantayang Pangnilalaman or Cognitive: focused on the intellectual side of learners.

• Pamantayang Pagganap or Affective: includes objectives relative to students’ attitude and
values.
• Mga Kasanayan sa Pagkatuto or Psychomotor: involves students motor skills which
requires physical action.

2. Content or Nilalaman

aims to teach. The Content of the Week 4 Day 10 DLP are: the Topic (Paksa) involving the main
gist to be grasp by students at the end of the lesson, the Integration (Integrasyon) which is the
transdisciplinary field of study which will be covered by the topic, and the Strategy (Estratehiya) or
the list instructional pedagogies teachers will manipulate.
3. Learning Resources or Kagamitang Panturo.

Includes the list of references (Sanggunian) and resources the teachers utilize in
delivering her/his lesson. Learning Resources includes Teacher’s Guide (TG) and Learning
Materials (LM).

4. Procedures or Pamamaraan.

Procedure details the steps and activities the teachers and learners will do during the
lesson towards the achievement of the lesson’s objectives.

Procedure shows the different parts of the lesson including (base on the content of DLP
Week 4 Day 10):

• Before the Lesson

: Balik-Aral
: Paghahabi ng Layunin ng Aralin
: Pag-uugnay ng mga halimbawa sa Bagong Aralin
• During the Lesson
: Pagtalakay ng Bagong Konsepto at Paglalahad ng Kasanayan #1
: Pagtalakay ng Bagong Konsepto at Paglalahad ng Kasanayan #2
: Paglinang sa Kabihasnan
: Paglalapat ng Aralin sa Araw-araw na Buhay
• After the Lesson
: Paglalahat ng Aralin

5. Remarks o Mga Tala

This part is for teachers to check what part of the lesson students encounter difficulties.
Teachers are encouraged to briefly write the discussion points where students experience such
difficulties, it is a one good way to help teachers become aware if the class should undergo
remedial instruction or not.

3. How is congruence manifested on your chosen DLP?

If you observed the parts of this DLP, in complements with each other. The main
topic is given the emphasis up till the last part of the session. Congruence is manifested in this
DLP since the topic is receives equal priority in each part of the Detailed Lesson Plan.

4. What are the different activities used concerning student engagement?

• Balik-Aral (Review of Previous Lesson)
: This serves as the first engagement of learner to every discussion or meeting.
• Pangkatang Gawain (Group Activity)
: Although it is done collaboratively, this type of activity requires students’ engagement
also. This might serve as their recitation
• Takdang-Aralin (Homework)
: Student engagement but not during the discussion of lesson.

5. How is assessment aligned with the rest of the parts of the DLP? Justify.

Assessment is aligned with the rest of the parts of the DLP for the reason that assessment
is being utilized to help teachers check whether students are learning or not. Teachers may use it
before, during and after the discussion of the lesson. Formative and Summative Assessments are
form of assessments that is being administered during and after the discussion of lesson. With the
use of these and the other types of assessment tools, it will not be difficult for teachers to evaluate
the learnings of students.
