Reinforcement of rear frame part on L chassis

Background Chassis frame (rear part)

There have been several reports of a crack in the
chassis frame (rear part) from markets suffering
from very bad road conditions.

Action
A reinforcement plate can be plug welded into
1
place on the underside, to strengthen the chassis
frame (see fig. 2). If cracks develop, the rein-
forcement should be fitted to both sides of the
frame.
