• Decide  what  you  need  to  contract  out  to  3rd  party.
• Decide  which  is  the  most  suitable  type  of  contract.
• Prepare  a  contract  Statement-­‐of-­‐Work  (SOW).
• Invite  bids  from  Suppliers.
• Evaluate  responses.
• Carry  out  contract  negoIaIons  as  required.
• Sign  contract  with  selected  Supplier.

• A  preferred  list  of  Suppliers  e.g.  for  hardware  procurement.
• Standard  contracts  /  terms  of  engagement.
