Poster presentation guidelines

Before preparing your poster presentation and before coming to the 48th Annual General Meeting of
the European Brain and Behaviour Society, please take a few minutes to read the following
guidelines.

Poster Session
Three poster sessions have been scheduled to the meeting programme as follows:

• Sunday, 22September 2019, from 12:00 to 14:00

• Monday, 23 September 2019, from 12:00 to 14:00
• Tuesday, 24 September 2019, from 12:00 to 14:00

An email has been sent to all poster presenters specifying the day of their presentation.

Poster authors/presenters are expected to be present their posters during the Poster Session to
present their work and answer all questions.

However, the viewing of the posters by the meeting attendees will be happening during lunch and
coffee breaks as well.

Poster dimension
The maximum dimensions of your poster are width: 90 cm x hight: 120 cm (portrait
orientation).

In order to fit the poster board, your poster should not exceed the recommended size. The Meeting
organizers will provide suitable fixing materials, and on site assistance will be available to help you
display your poster.

Mounting your poster

The poster Area will be open for poster mounting the appropriate day on which your poster
presentation is scheduled for, from 8:00 am.
Your poster should be set up before the Poster Session it is scheduled for.
The posters will be displayed for the whole day.

Removing your poster

All materials must be removed by the owner of the poster by the end of the daily program on which the
poster presentation is scheduled for.

Posters left behind will be automatically removed and disposed.
