GUIDELINES FOR THE CONDUCT OF

MALITA SECONDARY SCHOOLS ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION
(SELECTION MEET 2019)
1. The Malita Secondary Schools Athletic Association Selection Meet 2019 will be held on
September 19, 20,21 at MARIANO PERALTA NHS, Malita, Davao Occidental.

2. There will be Ten (10) competing teams comprising Mariano Peralta National High
School, Fishing Village Comprehensive National High School, Ticulon National High
School, B’laan National High School, Demolok Valley NHS, Benjamin V. Bautista Sr.
NHS, Tubalan National High School, Tomas Lim Alcordo Sr NHS, Holy Cross of Malita,
Inc. and Adventure College of Malita.

3. NO ATHLETE’S RECORD, NO PLAY POLICY shall be enforced. Athletes should

have been under gone the PFSTT. The coaches concerned by sports discipline should
prepare the pertinent papers of their own athletes to be initially and thoroughly
screened by the Screening Committee

4. Each team must submit their complete documents and list of players before MSSAA to
the SCREENING COMMITTEE Personnel. The deadline for the submission of the
athletes/coaches pertinent papers shall be on or before September 16, 2019 and the
evaluation of the said documents shall start immediately thereafter. Only athletes listed
on the official list of players in each event are allowed to play. No adding of players

5. Athletes are in their athletic attire. NO SHOES, NO PLAY.*

6. Starting at school level, the eligibility of the competitor to play must be strictly implemented. An
athlete should have been born on or after January 01, 2002. LATE REGISTRATION SHOULD
HAVE BEEN ISSUED ONE (1) YEAR prior to the current meet and must be a bonafide student
school year 2019-2020. Only the players certified and validated by the Screening Committee
shall be allowed to play.

7. The events to be contested are the following:
