Required Tools and Material:

 ECS - Cleaning swabs with
PU-foam
 ECS Elix Clean 260
 Compressed Air Spray
 Key to open the Interlock
and cashbox

 Screwdriver Torx size 10

Actions:

WARNING - Important remarks:

1. Always use gloves when touching and handling the optical light-guides and prisms

2. Always use proper ESD safety equipment when touching the electronic boards and components

3. In some cases the operation required to extract the light-pipes and prisms is complex and involves
handling of fragile parts. This will be specifically pointed out inside the bulletin.
In all these cases, if the dirt conditions are not extreme, if not fully confident in own handling
abilities and if proper spare parts are not available, it is recommended to clean the light-guides
without removing them from the housing and following the simpler cleaning procedures (see the
MEI-Bulletin-BNR-SRV-002), as handling these parts could result in damaging or breaking them.

Warning :
Please ensure power and USB are removed from the BNR/BNA6 prior to perform
any cleaning procedure !!!
