Activity 2:: Body Composition: Muscular Strength and Endurance Test: Partial Curl-Ups
I. Perform the assigned fitness tests individually at home. You may set up seven stations
with an activity per station. The activities must respond to the Health-related fitness test.
After you perform the assigned fitness you may record your score at the Fitness
management record sheet and after that you answer the activity below.
Cardiovascular Endurance:

Now that you already know your areas and strengths and weaknesses research on
possible body conditioning exercises that you may do to improve your fitness level. List
