Activity 2:

I. Perform the assigned fitness tests individually at home. You may set up seven stations
with an activity per station. The activities must respond to the Health-related fitness test.
After you perform the assigned fitness you may record your score at the Fitness
management record sheet and after that you answer the activity below.
