 Conducted the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) across 46 countries globally to assess the
current situation on the controls in HR globally, followed by arriving at the action items for lowly
rated controls.
 Leading the Atos Excellence in Security (AXIS-A key Strategic Security Projected initiated by Atos
Group) for HR tracks globally
Key Accomplishments
o Instrumental in releasing a highly progressive version of BIC in sync with the new Global HR
Strategy
o For the first time, administered SAQ in a big way (46 countries) and analyzed to detail Country
wise, GBU wise, their own strengths and weaknesses as they perceive. This was first of its kind in
Atos.
o Successfully participated in Basic Lab for Human Processes (BLHP) workshop conducted by Indian
Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS) in May-2014
