Letter for Recommendation

It is pleasure for me to recommend Mr. Mohiminul Islam Fardin for post-graduation study (M.Sc.
in Construction Management – Civil Engineering).

I have known Mr. Fardin from the very beginning of his career as a civil engineer. He han joined
our company on June, 2018, immediately after his graduation. Since then he proved his capability
in tasks he was assigned to do with a positive attitude. His main duties are preparing BOQ, time
scheduling, construction materials procurement, site management etc. As an employee Mr. Fardin
got very good communication skills, he handles client and junior staffs better.

When Mr. Fardin informed me that he wants to study his post-graduation at your university, I fully
supported him without any hesitation. I believe that all his empirical knowledge that he gathered
while working in 3leaves Interco will help him on his post-graduation study.
