    I hereby certify that, Mohiminul Islam Fardin, son of (late) Abdul Matin Badal, is employed by
    3Leaves Interco. from June 01, 2018 in the position of site engineer. He started this job in our
    company as temporary recruitment, but with his performance and good abilities, he got officially
    employed as a full time permanent employee. During this period of working in 3 leaves Interco. he
    has demonstrated himself as a dedicated and hard working person. He is working in one of our
    current construction project, which is a 50,000 square feet Japanese readymade garments industry
    named Tokyo Plus One Ltd. in kashimpur, Gazipur, Bangladesh. Now, he is nominated to the
    position of Construction Supervisor.
