Ⅰ. Safety Attentions
˙ Before the device is used, please read this manual, and follow the instructions and steps to operate.

˙ Please put the manual in the place where it safe and near the device for access at any time.

˙ Do not use non-original accessories proposed by the manufacturer in order to avoid danger.

˙ Convey the device with care in order to avoid collision.

˙ Do not put the device on the un-level or tiled places.

˙ To keep the cooling effect and normal operation of the device itself, do not jam the vent of the cooling motor,

and keep the device back away from the wall at least 10 centimeters (four inches) to keep the vent unblocked.

˙ First determine the specification of the power supply before connecting the power cord with the power to

avoid the device to be damaged; when connecting the input and output terminals, the power cord must be

connected properly to prevent poor contact and to prevent the electric shock.

˙ There are different installation standards for the different capacities and input voltages; please select the

proper configuration mode in accordance with the capacity and input voltage, and pay attention to the wiring

must meet the requirement.

˙ Do not put heavy items onto the power cord and a fix properly it to avoid stumbling pedestrians.

˙ Do not use the power cord with overload to prevent electric shock or to cause a fire hazard.

˙ Please come into operation in accordance with electrician regulations.

˙ Avoid use it with overload to prevent the failure of the device.

˙ Please handle it based on the exception handling procedure if there is abnormal phenomenon.

˙ Keep the device clean.

˙ Prevent any liquid and debris entering the inside of the device in order to prevent an electric shock or fire due

to poor contact or short-circuit.

˙ Do not use the device under the following circumstances:

1. Please shut off the regulator if there is a good lightning protection measure when it is storm or lightning.

2. Avoid placing it under direct sunshine, rain or humidity.

3. Please keep it away from the fire source and high temperature to prevent too high temperature of it.

Ⅱ. System Principle
Feature of contact-less inductive type configuration principle:

E1+E
2
R

S θ

E2=E1cosθ 3
1 2 E1

Major mechanical components are the rotation part R and static part S (as shown in the diagram above). The winding

around the inside of rotation part R is the primary winding which is parallel with the power supply line, and the winding of

static part S is the secondary winding which is in series with the same load. When a certain primary voltage E1 is input into

3-4, the induced voltage by the secondary winding will change as the angle θ of this two windings changes, E2=E1cos
θ will change continuously; if 2-3 is connected together, the voltage between 1 ~ 4 terminal equals the voltage of
E1+E2=E1 (1+cosθ), two windings are parallel in the same direction, the terminal voltage among 1-4 is the largest and

is E1+E2. As for the perpendicular angle between two mutual windings, there is not the induced voltage in the secondary

winding, E2=0, and the terminal voltage equals to the supply voltage E1; If the rotation part again is switched to the angle

of greater than 90 °, there is also the induced voltage in the secondary winding. But the induced voltages E1 and E2 are

contrary, and the terminal voltages equal to the difference between E1 and E2.

From the above, according to the relative positions of the primary and secondary windings, when there is a load,

continuously also adjust the voltage under the changes of magnetic flux. This voltage regulator is a stationary device

without noise. The advantage lies in manufacturing capacity, strong instantaneous overload capability and low failure rate.

capacity and the input voltage to choose an appropriate manner about wiring, and the particular attention should be

given to its wiring that must meet the requirement.

3. Pay attention to the input terminal of the regulator, which should be avoided to share the same switch with other

equipment, and which is as near the source of AC power supply as possible.

4. When connecting the input and output terminals, make sure that the power wire is connected properly, to prevent poor

contact and to prevent electric shock from occurring.

8. Please refer to the electrician regulations or the current table of wire safety in page 9 to implement wiring.

9. Connect the input voltage of three-phase series regulators to one side of the voltage switch and connect the output

voltage of the voltage to the output connector. In addition, the neutral (N-water line) wires have clearly marked labels

(input and output will share the same terminal), please connect as required.

Ⅹ, How to adjust the voltage regulator
☉Panel adjustment note
Panel to fine-tune the output voltage: the set designed to adjust the output voltage is generally set at

the factory prior to completion. If the pressure drop caused by load-line is too long, this feature is

adjustable to adjust the voltage up, a clockwise direction for the step-down, anti-clockwise for the

step-up.
☉Adjustment to explain
1, Adjusts VR3 generally, clockwise step-down, counterclockwise step-up. (VR3 output voltage upper

Ⅻ. Maintenance
1. Under the normal use, it is required to maintain the device simply regularly every three months, for

example: control of internal cleansing and clean up of the fan mouth, to prevent the humid dust of PCB

and prevent the fan mouth from jamming.

2. It's recommend to change the oil for transformer every five years at normal working condition. If it was

run at overloading working environment which may cause the oil easily aging, the oil will need to be

changed earlier.

3 In our company, the device has been strictly tested before delivering and more customer data are

accurately recorded after delivering to build the customer files and to be conducive to the maintenance
