    The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants will be conducting its plebiscite regarding the proposed
    amendments for the organization’s constitution and by-laws. The said plebiscite aims to ratify the
    amendments for the interest of the organization.

    In this regard, I am writing to request your permission that the library be the venue of the said activity.
    Furthermore, we are hoping for access to the computer units for the duration of the event. The
    plebiscite will be conducted on May 6, 2016, starting 9:00 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon.
