Specifications, Rules & Regulations

Who can participate in the Contest? Any present student of the School

Category I: Class V to Class VIII

Category II: Class IX to Class XII

Submission of entries (any one of the formats):

* Audio Visual Clip Max 3 minutes within 10 MB size.

* Power Point Presentation: Max 5 Slides within 10 MB size

* Poster / Artwork: Poster size ‘A3’. One Page with brief description / explanation not
exceeding 50 words

⃰ Animation One frame within max 10 MB size

India School Contest Entry Forms

By entering this contest, I hereby transfer and assign my audio-visual clip / artwork / PPT document/
Animation Frame and all copyrights therein to Indian Centre for Plastics in the Environment (ICPE),
Mumbai together with all other representations, warranties and rights as specified in the Official Rules.

I understand that my audio visual / artwork document will not be returned.

There are 4 zones. Each zone will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.

Winners will be intimated through the Principals of the schools.

All students with eligible entries will be given e - certificates.
Top 10 schools with largest number of entries on all India basis will receive Mementoes
Mentoring Teacher of wining student / s will be honored.

Terms & Conditions:

• There is no entry fee to this contest
• Once a student is selected for one prize in a category he / she will not be considered for any other
prize in another category
• Only complete and legible entries will be considered
• ICPE Management’s decision is final on the matter of selection of winners
• No prize substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes will be considered
• There may not be any Prize Giving Function this year (due to prevailing pandemic). Prizes will
be delivered to the students at the address of the student provided or at the address of the
respective schools.
• ICPE will not be responsible for any possible defect in the prize items obtained from the vendor
nor for any damage caused during transit. Winners of the prizes should directly contact the
manufacturers of the items in case of any complaint (relevant receipts / documents will be sent
over to the prize winners)
• ICPE reserves absolute right to withdraw and / or alter terms and conditions of the contest at any
time
• Decision of the President – Governing Council of ICPE regarding the winners and with respect to
any terms and conditions of the contest will be final & biding.
• Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent
courts of Mumbai
• Restrictions: No commercial identification of any sort (i.e. depiction of advertisement, reference
to commercial organization or brand) in the audio visual or art work will be allowed
• No distasteful material will be allowed.
