• Below 15 prohibited with 2 exceptions which require DOLE permit

• 15 – 17 allowed even without DOLE permit but: not longer than 8

hours a day nor more than 40 hours a week
• No one below 18 in any considered as “worst forms of child labor”
nor should any child be employed in advertisements promoting
alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling or any form of violence or
pornography.
