Goggle Instructions:

Prior to removing goggles
• ensure dirty gloves have
been removed
• wash hands
• apply clean gloves
Remove goggles by grasping the
earpieces and pull away from the
face
Use alcohol to sanitize goggles
• Clean inside and outside of
goggle
• Remove gloves
• Wash hands
Goggle reuse
• Cleaned goggle can be
reused by user
• Cleaned goggle can be
shared with a new user
*Suggest all clinical units create a “clean goggles area” to place goggles once
cleaned for community use

both hands. While tilting head
down, pull goggles forward and
away from face.
