range of therapies including:
Swedish Massage:
A uniquely European full body massage that stimulates blood circulation and soothes
tense muscles. Medium in pressure, it uses a combination of three basic strokes: long firm
strokes, kneading strokes and small circular strokes to ease stress.
Lulur Scrub:
Described as the 'Queen of Body Treatments’, the Javanese Lulur has been practised since
the 17th century and was used by Javanese brides as a purifying ritual before marriage.

Balinese Massage: Shirodhara

An intense, medium or strong deep tissue massage during which therapists use thumb and
palm pressure and firm strokes to apply a unique blend of essential oils with warming
qualities. The treatment stimulates blood circulation, improves energy flow and reduces
tension.
Shirodhara involves a continuous flow of oil from a dhara pot hanging above the forehead
for about 20-40 minutes. This treatment is useful for reducing mental stress.
Kizhi Therapy
This is a gentle body massage with medicated bags filled with herbal powder that

When to book your holiday Documents to carry while checking in

The perks of being a Club Mahindra member are countless. Your membership gives you the
liberty to book as early as 4 months or even as late as a day before your holiday. For e.g.
bookings for the first half of June (i.e. 1st to 15th June 2018) opened from 1st March 2018,
while bookings for the second half of June (i.e. 16th to 30th June 2018) opened from March
2nd on our mobile app and website.
This, however, will vary depending on the type of your membership.
Note: Book as early as possible so as to maximize the chances of getting the dates and destinations of
your choice, especially during peak seasons, important festivals and public holidays.
We have a pre check-in facility on our mobile app.
y Now you can skip the resort check-in process and do a pre check-in 3 days prior to the
check-in date.
y This option would be available 1-3 days prior to the check-in date.
y You will need to fill all the details required at the time of check-in online.
y You can just show your ID proof at the front desk at the time of check-in for physical
verification, and sign on the pre-printed registration card. Rooms will be allotted after the
above processes are complete.

When can I take my first holiday?

• Full Payment & 50% Down Payment will be considered for immediate holiday start date for
the 25-year membership.
• For your regular inventory of 7 nights, you can book a holiday within 2 months if you have
paid 30% of the product price as down payment.
• You can avail your complimentary offer by paying 30% of the membership price as down
GOT QUERIES? payment or 10%/ 15% down payment and three EMI payments. So, pay your first three EMIs
at a go and begin planning your magical holiday.
WE GOT YOU COVERED. Indicative holiday start date:
1. Membership initiated on 30th May with Full Payment – Holiday Start Date will commence from 1st June
2. Membership initiated on 15th June with Full Payment – Holiday Start Date will commence from 1st July
3. Membership initiated on 30th May and approved on 4th June – Holiday Start Date will commence from
1st June

What happens if you can’t holiday during a particular year?

We wouldn’t want you to miss out on the magic, which is why your membership enables you
to carry forward your remaining entitled days (wholly or partly), if any, to the next year.
However, at no point in time can your entitlement period exceed 21 nights (for the 25-year
membership plan). Balance nights greater than 21 nights will get lapsed.

Holiday at your convenience

A Club Mahindra membership is your key to enjoying hassle-free holidays. While you might
need a larger apartment on one holiday, you may be looking for a smaller one on the next.
You may also want to holiday in a different season altogether. Do remember, when shifting
between seasons and/or apartments, there is a corresponding change in the number of days
you can holiday. Depending on the demand, Club Mahindra reserves the right to limit the
number of apartments that can be booked simultaneously during one holiday.

Note: When you’re looking to travel during a 1-up higher season, rooms will subject to availability, and
we can only confirm the booking 15 days prior to your holiday.

Minimum night debit rule-
• 3 nights is the minimum debit for holidaying in Red and Purple Season
Your Club Mahindra membership not only entitles you to 7 days of holidays every year but
also enables you to split your days into a minimum of 3 nights per holiday.

If I move abroad, can I continue to avail the services of Club Mahindra?
You’ll always be a part of the Club Mahindra family, no matter where you are. Even if you
move abroad, your membership with us can continue seamlessly. Annual administration
charges will be applicable as determined by MHRIL from time to time.
Additional charges including access fees will be charged by MHRIL for Non-Club Mahindra
Notified Resorts (NCMNR) and for resorts located abroad.

What is the Annual Subscription Fee (ASF) and when do I pay it?
Your assistance is extremely essential in our quest to deliver magical holidays to you. The
ASF, that’s payable every year, is used for maintenance of our resorts, its amenities and to
give you great service so that your holidays are truly magical.
Don’t forget that you must pay your ASF whether you use your entitlement or not. The
ASF is likely to increase annually based on inflation rates and the increase is based on
weighted average inflation on the basis of Consumer Price Index (CPI) & Wholesale Price
Index (WPI) indices.
Note: We’re making holidaying so much easier now! Use the online payment facility (app/website/IVRS)
to pay your ASF. Do remember to pay your ASF so you can continue holidaying with us. If you want to
advance your holiday entitlements, you can do that too. Just remember to pay your ASF upfront. We’ve
now introduced a Quick Pay link https://members.clubmahindra.com/quick-asf for you to pay your ASF
seamlessly without logging in. Just remember to keep your Member ID handy.
Are pets allowed at the resorts?
Unfortunately, even though we adore animals, we have a strict no pet policy.
Can I get more rewards with my membership?
Yes, you absolutely can via our Happy Family Referral Program, where you can refer your
friends and their families to Club Mahindra and earn reward points. If you successfully refer
loved ones to us, the points you earn can be redeemed against exciting goods and benefits.

Make changes in a booking or even cancel a holiday through the app. Also, if the chosen
resort is full, the app lets you place yourself on the waiting list so that you can book your
desired holiday as and when a room becomes available at the resort.

Keep track of resort activities and events

All Club Mahindra resorts organize several events and activities for member entertainment
from time–to-time, with the app letting you keep track of them all.

Pre-check in
You can check in 48 hours prior to reaching the resort by filling in a simple form through
the app. Once the pre-check in is done, all you need to do is show your ID at the resort desk.

Request services in advance

If you have something special in mind, you can request a pre-listed service before you visit
the resort.

Avail offers and redemptions

Club Mahindra provides numerous offers to you and your family, and with the ease of
accessing them through the app.
