Directions: Take I-55 south to Route 67 south (exit 174 B to Farming-
ton). Stay on Route 67 to Route 32 east (the second Route 32 exit)
which exits to the left, into Farmington. Stay on Route 32 until you
come to Route 00. Follow Route 00 until it intersects with Route F. Turn
left on Route F and stay on it for approximately 7 miles. As you pass the
sign for Route AA, check your odometer. Camp Butterfly’s entrance is
one mile from this intersection. Stay on Route F for one mile. As you
come around a curve, and look ahead, it will appear that a barn roof is
directly in the road ahead. Continue on toward the barn roof and you
will come straight toward the camp gate, making a left onto Pleasant
Hill Church Road (a gravel road). Camp entrance is straight ahead.

inspections must be conducted prior to the day of sale.
Highest bidder will enter into an auction sales contract and
be required to put a non-refundable 5% down. This sale is
subject to owner’s confirmation. All financing must be in line
prior to the day of sale. All announcements the week of the
sale take precedence over any pre-printed material. Cash or
conventional financing only. Tracts are selling on a per acre
basis. ‘Proof of funds’ or ‘Financing approval’ on bank

remain open for an additional 10 min. – If any further
bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 10 min. – If
no further bidding activity occurs, the lot closes when the
