Program Mission
BBA program promotes business management aptitude among the young minds at state-of-
the-art campuses across the country under the guidance of renowned academics and
corporate leaders. The program serves to inculcate ethical business practices among our
graduates to promote socially responsible businesses for equitable development in the
country.
Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs): After completing this course successfully, participants
will be able to:
Select their values, reflect on them and modify them for positive character building.
Lead life according to habits based on ethical paradigms.
Set short-term and long-term goals, set priorities and monitor progress.
Select time management strategies to submit work on time and to accomplish life goals.
Employ techniques for positive thinking and apply behaviour modification for better
relationships.

Course Description
The Self-Management course is a holistic approach to living a successful and composed life.
Self-management is a broad term but encompasses some quite complex skills and
understandings that only come with guidance, training, opportunity, and experience. Self-
management is the art of independent learning, working and taking responsibility for
personal actions. Self-management is the act of managing the resources you have under
your control: your personality, character, time, image and relationships.

Teaching Methodology
Mixed methodologies focused on the heuristic method of teaching including Flipped Classroom shall
be put in practice for comprehensive learning. For this purpose, students shall be involved in
discussions, presentations, group activities and filling up the workbook. The Course Facilitator may
nominate students to deliver the lecture itself.
Students shall be distributed into groups for presentations and mutual discussions; learn how to
share works, prepare a team-based solution to problems and develop arguments for presentations.
