What to do if you have a damaged ballot:

So far, our office has only received one complaint. Fortunately, any voter who receives a
damaged ballot may request a replacement ballot
 
If a county board of elections receives a marked ballot that is torn and cannot be scanned
through the tabulator, there is a process in place where a bipartisan team remakes the ballot so
it can be properly scanned.
