Payment Explanation

1. There are 5 levels for agencies. We rank agency based on the number of hosts
completing targets each month.
Hosts who work for higher level agency will get higher salary.
Lowest level agency (Level N) is not entitled to gift share.
Gift Share is 50% for host. It is equal to 1 diamond = $0.000417
Payment example: Host makes 150,000 diamonds, host's agency level is UR,
Host income = $103(salary) + $62 (150,000 X 0.000417) = $165
Agent commission is 20% of host income = $165 X 20% = $33

Tips: the best way to get higher payment is to grow your family. Your payment can
increase 150% if your agency has more than 50 hosts making targets. We suggest family
leader encourage hosts to introduce more hosts to your family. Example, if you have 20
hosts, each host introduce 2 more hosts, you will have 60 hosts. We offer 20% of host
income as your commission, so you have more room to offer your hosts commission
when they introduce you more hosts.

2. Only new hosts that have joined the app during the 1st month will be offered the 1st
level.

3. Extra Bonus: If a host makes more than 150,000 diamonds and live 30 valid days, they
will be given a $10 bonus. This is available every month.

4. Hosts must complete all targets including hours, days and diamonds in the salary table
every month.
1) If broadcaster doesn’t complete full month target during one-month
cycle, hours, days and diamonds from previous month cannot be
accumulated towards the 2nd month.
In this case, broadcaster will get paid when she completes target the
following month, and she can exchange her previous month diamonds based
on 1 Diamond = 0.0004 USD .
Example, broadcaster starts working on 6/1, completing 10 hours, 5 days and
10,000 diamonds. Broadcaster will not get paid for June. But her June
diamonds worth $4usd. Broadcaster starts working on 7/1, completing 10
hours, 5 days and 10,000 diamonds, broadcaster will not et paid for July. We
cannot add June and July’s hours, days and diamonds together. But her June
and July diamonds worth $8usd and will be paid when broadcaster completes
targets in August.
2) Left over diamonds above the last tier for income by using the following
formula: 1 Diamond = 0.0004 USD. This also applies to the diamonds
balance broadcaster has before becoming a contracted Broadcaster.
 Broadcaster will only get paid for left-over diamonds when he/she completes
all targets. All contracted Broadcaster’s diamonds will be cleared to 0 at the
end of each calendar month.

3) “Official Host” Vs “Non-official Host”

“Official Host” Payment Policy
A streamer who completes minimum targets each month (including payment
month) is qualified as Official Host. Streamer is subject to evaluation every
month based on completion of targets. Official Host will be paid based on
payment table given to agency.
Non “Official Host” Payment Policy
If a streamer does not complete targets during payment month, she can still
exchange her diamonds based on 1 diamond = 0.0004usd for the previous month
earned diamonds.
Example: a streamer finishes 40 hours, 20 days and 100,000 diamonds in June, she
is qualified as Official Host for June. She works for 2 hours and makes 20,000
diamonds in July, she is not qualified as Official Host in July. On the payment date
in July, she can still cash out her June diamonds and we will pay 100000 X 0.0004=
$40 as total payment to agency before July 20,2020
Tips: Streamers will get much more payment when they keep “Official Host”
status every month. The difference between Official Host and Non-official Host is
huge.
5. Streaming Time Requirement
Valid Hour: live streaming for a full hour will be counted as a valid hour which is 60

Valid Day: live streaming more than 1 Valid Hour will be counted as a
valid day A broadcaster is eligible for 3 Valid Hours in a day (span of 24
hours)
6. Payment Time and Payment method
Payment will be made between 15th – 20th of the following month. Minimum
threshold for payment must be met. The payment will be paid via direct bank
transfer or other method agreed by both parties. Broadcaster is responsible for
any transfer fees occurs during the transaction.

7. 1st month target adjustments （Hosts who joined GOGO LIVE, their first month）
 - If there is more than 20 days left in the 1st month, broadcaster needs to
complete full monthly target.
- If there is less than 20 days left but more than 10 days left in the 1st month,
broadcaster needs to complete 50% of the monthly target
- If there is less than 10 days left in the 1st month, broadcaster’s hours and
diamonds will be accumulated till the end of the following month. It’s better to
start as soon as possible so host has more than 30 days to finish one month target.
Example, starting on 5/25, broadcaster will get paid between 15 th -20th of July.

Rules and Requirements

Any Broadcaster violating rules will not be paid for the current period.
(1st time 20% deduction, 2nd time 50% deduction, 3rd time, no payment)
For serious violation, we have the right to delete Broadcaster’s account without payment
and delete their account.
- Functional internet is required, broadcasting with makeup and
background music is strongly recommended
- Pornographic or sexual behavior including but not limited to nudity
videos or photos
- Not broadcast by himself/herself
- Use fake cover/Image/low quality content or no content to trick user intopaying.
- Inappropriate clothing (bikini in appropriate environment like beach or pool party is ok)
- Lying in bed but not interacting with audience
- Sleeping during live streaming
- Eating a meal, cooking, doing housework, working at another job and not
interacting with audience (snacks and drinks occasionally are ok,
professional food blogger is ok)
- Not looking at the camera or being away from broadcast screen for more than 5
minutes.
- Watching TV or playing other mobile phones or other devices unless it
is for the broadcast.
- Blocking the camera with fingers or something else
- she/he doesn’t show her/his face or face is not being able to see clearly, or
the screen is black (such as the screenshot below)
- Being rude to users or other broadcasters. Giving your personal contact
information to user including but not limited to WhatsApp number,
mobile phone number and etc. If we find you promote your personal
contact
 information, you will not be paid.
- Do not make derogatory remarks to users about other broadcasters.
- Do not do anything which is illegal in your area
- Do not give out your personal contact or payment information to users.
- Other issues that are not mentioned above but may have a negative
impact on the quality of the live broadcast
- If we found the Broadcaster working on similar platform, there will be no
payment to the broadcaster.
- Allow GOGO LIVE permission to use content to promote your profile in GOGO
LIVE or its social media accounts. GOGO LIVE can reuse/modify your
pictures/videos/stories or other material from your social media account in
any format to do the promotion for you.

Elimination of Broadcaster
1. The Platform reserves the right to request the Host to eliminate any Artist who
under- performs or violates the rule or policies set by the Platform.
2. If any Broadcaster performance does not comply with the Platform’s
requirements including but not limited to the content, the style, broadcast activity
and numbers of fans. The Agency shall replace the Broadcaster upon the request.

Regulations and Standards of the Agency

1. Qualifications of Agency
 The Agency should present certain qualifications such as: Business License, credit
reference, cases studies of the industry.
 The Agency needs to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the
Platform, manage and serve Broadcasters professionally.
 The Agency shall not use any information obtained from GOGO LIVE to solicit
Broadcasters. Agency shall not solicit any existing GOGO LIVE users to join Agency.
All cooperation will be terminated upon discovery.
2. GOGO LIVE reserves the right to establish rules of operation and management,
including but not limited to Cooperation Agreement Between Platform and Agency,
based on the requirements of the Platform.
3. The Agency acknowledges and declares that when using the Service, they will abide by
the laws and regulations of the governing law here of and the laws of the other relevant
jurisdictions, and shall not commit the following acts:
 Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity, or infringing on
national image and public morals;
 Promoting cults and superstitions;
 Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
 Promoting obscenity, gambling, violence or abetting, conspiring crimes;
 Insulting or slandering any third parties or infringing the rights or interests of any third
parties;
 Endangering social ethics or national cultural traditions;
 Broadcasting any contents not legally authorized, including, but not limited to, movies,
dramas, animations, videos, competitions, events.......etc.
 Presenting illegal, false, fraudulent advertisements and any advertisements with
pyramid scheme nature.
4. GOGO LIVE has the right to review the content of all broadcasts, in accordance with the
applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement and relevant platform rules (if any). If
any content during the live broadcasting violates applicable laws or regulations, this
Agreement, or the relevant platform rules (if any), or infringes the interests of GOGO
LIVE or of any third party, GOGO LIVE has the right to suspend the Agency’s live
broadcasting, either temporarily or permanently, delete the content at issue, freeze or
register the relative account,

5. In the event that the broadcasters of the agency breach the contract or violate the rules,
the platform has the right to unilaterally cancel all cooperation with the agency.
