Re: Request for Certificate of Finality

SIR:

On behalf of my client MR. JAIME R. VERDEJO, I would like to request for a Certificate
of Finality of the Transfer Action Order with Case No. D-885 with the caption "IN RE:
REALLOCATION OF FARMLOT/HOMELOT WITHIN THE ESTATE OF AURELIO
USTARES SITUATED AT: SOGOD, CALABANGA, CAM. SUR" signed by Mr. Romeo S.
Perez, Jr. (OIC-Regional Director) and issued on September 13, 1994. In substance, this
order had designated my client as sole-owner/cultivator of the landholdings stated in the
former namely: CLT Nos: 0-078174, 0-078176, 0-078175 and 0-078179, all registered
under the name of Esteban An. Moreover, said landholdings were also designated as Lot
2, Lot 5, Lot 6 and Lot 7, respectively based on the DAR survey SWO-05-001498.

Said order also stated that Jaime Verdejo shall perform the rights and assume the
obligations imposed by Presidential Decree No. 27, among others.

A copy of the ORDER is herein attached for ready reference.
