URGENT MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

With all due respect to the Honorable Court.

Intervenors, thru undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court

states that:

1. On September 28, 2020, the undersigned received a copy of the Notice of

Pre-Trial setting the above-entitled case for Pre-Trial Conference on
October 14, 2020 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon;

2. However, the undersigned counsel cannot attend on the scheduled

hearing because she will be attending a previously scheduled hearing in
Land Registration Case No. 262, entitled AA married to S vs. THE
REGISTER OF DEEDS OF LA UNION at the Municipal Trial Court
____________;

3. Thus, the undersigned counsel is constrained to move for the

postponement of said Pre-Trial Conference on October 14, 2020, 2020 at
1:30 o’clock in the afternoon to November 4, 2020 at 91:30 o’clock in
the afternoon;

4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings but only for the
purpose above-mentioned.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed that an

order be issued postponing the scheduled Preliminary Conference on Pre-
Trial Conference on October 14, 2020 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon to
November 4, 2020 at 91:30 o’clock in the afternoon.

 Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
for.
