Research Instrument

This study shall utilize Management Style and Level of Employee Productivity
Survey Questionnaire adopted from a standardized questionnaire. The management style
questionnaire is divided into three (3) areas. The first area deals on the respondent’s
personal information such as name, company, age and gender. The second area deals on the
statements regarding on the management style. Lastly, the third area deals on the level of
employee’s productivity for manager. The employee’s productivity questionnaire is divided
into two (2) areas. The first area deals on the respondent’s personal information such as
name, company, age and gender. The second area deals on the statements regarding on the
employee’s productivity. The research instrument being used in this study is deemed
appropriate since the standardized survey questionnaire allows all the respondents in the
study to be asked precisely the same question in the same order. This implies that it is easy
to replicate a questionnaire to check for reliability. The researcher can therefore use the
questionnaire to verify for coherent outcomes.
