What experience do you have?

In my previous role as an office clerk in a property developing company, I demonstrated the ability to
work under intense pressure, handle customer complaints and solve problematic situations as and
when they arose. I also was in charge of keeping maintaining database which required me to log
billings and record potential meetings with clients allowing me to be proficient in using sofwares as I
am a fast learner

I am a mature, positive and hardworking individual, who always strives to achieve the highest
standard possible, at any given task.  An excellent communicator with experience in face to face
contact with customers and clients. Proven to work well as part of a team as well as on individual
assignments and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising
quality

What can you bring to the company?

I am a hardworking and ambitious individual. I am very optimistic enabling me to effectively


communicate with a wide range of people from all backgrounds. I am seeking a position in the
industry in which I can put into practice my knowledge and experience, ultimately benefiting the the
organisation that I work for as well as myself.

This company has a wonderful reputation as a great place to work. You place a high value on your
employees and encourage them to learn, grow, and innovate inside the company. I also see an
opportunity for me to learn and grow common day to day skills such as importance of teamwork and
effective communication through constant exposure to customers also organisation.

Example of good customer service?

The period I worked in a pharmacy in India was especially busy for the company. We had a lot of
stock to put out on the floor and double the amount of customers to serve – so all of the colleagues
really had their hands full. To make sure all the stock got put out on time, we all agreed to stay an
hour after the shop closed. Not only did we get all the work done, I actually feel like the experience
helped us get closer as a team

I am willing to cover extra shifts, including night shifts as I am pretty much available

Example of last time customer got angry?

I recently had to deal with an angry customer that was complaining about a product they had
purchased which had been opened. First, I made sure I listened to the whole story (and understood it)
and apologised and empathised with their situation. Then, I offered two possible solutions (a refund or
a replacement), and ensured the customer was happy with these options.
