Documentation includes an operation and maintenance manual which includes equipment
description, operating procedures, specifications, maintenance procedures, trouble
shooting procedures, replacement parts list as well as equipment outline drawings and
schematics.

Warranty
Power Conversion Technologies, Inc. (PCTI) warrants to the consumer that all products
manufactured by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship in
accordance with PCTI's standard terms and conditions. This warranty is for a period of
twelve (12) months after delivery to the consumer. Parts repaired or replaced during the
warranty period will carry the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Subject to Conditions as noted:

• The unit is designed for continuous operation at nominal voltage and nominal current which will
be the maximum voltage and current unless otherwise noted. If the nominal (maximum) current is
required at the voltage other than the nominal (maximum) voltage please advise the factory
• Metering accuracy is a function of the combination of CTs accuracy, potential transformer
accuracy, accuracy of signal conditioning circuit, and meter accuracy. If you would like a
calculation of the resultant meter accuracy based on the sensing components, please let us know.
• Project financing through outside sources may be available to recipients that qualify. Please
contact us for details.
• Equipment startup, commissioning and on-site travel is subject to appropriate restrictions due to
the Covid-19 pandemic in order to protect our employees, contractors and customers. PCTI
reserves the right to substitute video training, Zoom training or training of customer personnel at
the factory for onsite training and commissioning
• Terms of Payment: 50% Equipment price Cash in Advance, 50% prior to shipment; Contact PCTI
for wire transfer information; Balance of contract to be paid prior to shipment or with an
irrevocable letter of credit advised to our US Bank. Note: Terms of letter of credit must be
approved by PCTI before acceptance of order. Please submit Letter of Credit terms in advance
prior to order. Alternative payment arrangements may be made at the discretion of PCTI.
• A 3% discount applies to all contracts paid in advance
• All quotations are in US Dollars. Please advise if a quote is desired in a currency other than US
Dollars.
• Please add $20 for fees on all international wire transfers
• If export boxing is required, please add 1.5% to order total.
• Please advise if shipping or other documents are required to be couriered upon shipment
• Customer must advise location of incoming and outgoing conduit at time of order
• PCTI is not responsible for incorrectly specified equipment or particulars of the operating
environment and loads for which we are uninformed. Please consult the factory for applications
assistance if you have questions about equipment parameters.
• Customers wishing to approve drawings before release for manufacture must enter orders on hold
pending drawing approval and release for production.
• Correspondence regarding technical parameters or other issues that is not incorporated into the
purchase order, customer specification or quotation will not be considered part of the order.
• Bid Validity: some of the commodities included in this bid are closely related to energy prices; as
such, the bid validity for the above rated equipment is 30 days. Check with the factory for market
related price fluctuations that may affect the end price of the above quoted item.
• For any order held, delayed or rescheduled at the request of purchaser, PCTI may, at its sole

 option (1) require payment to be based on any reasonable basis, including but not limited to the
contract price, to services rendered, percent of completion, and any additional expenses, overhead
or other costs resulting from such delay; (2) store completed or partially assembled purchases at
the sole cost (including all transportation and handling costs to and from such storage) and risk of
loss of the purchaser; and/or (3) charge to the purchaser those prices then in effect at the time the
hold is released, plus any additional costs due to the hold.
• Orders entered but not released may require re-negotiation of price and/or delivery or may be
subject to a surcharge related to energy prices, steel, copper or other materials upon invoicing.
• Shipping is not included in the above price

• One manual is provided with each unit; each additional manual is $40
• When placing an order, please reference above quotation number
• Customer requested specification changes either before or subsequent to acceptance of the P.O.
may require re-negotiation of price and/or delivery. The prices and terms of this quotation are not
subject to verbal changes or other agreements unless approved in writing by Seller.
• Customer to specify inrush current applicable for motor loads or other similar applications having
significant inrush current.
• All quotations and agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, fires, availability of
materials and all other causes beyond our control. Prices are based on costs and conditions
existing on date of quotation and are subject to change by Seller before final acceptance. Terms
inconsistent with those stated herein that appear on Purchaser’s formal order, will not be binding
on Seller.
• Standard warranty applies: parts only for two years. Warranty begins at the time of sale to original
end user, or six (6) months after sale from PCTI, whichever occurs first.

• Shipping cost estimates are subject to change and the addition of fuel surcharges. Freight
estimates do not include customs, storage or other unrelated charges

• Buyer warrants that it is and will remain in compliance with all export and re-export requirements,
including, but not limited to the Export Administration Act and regulations, the Arms Export
Control Act and regulations, the Trading with the Enemy Act and regulations, and any orders and
licenses issued thereunder (collectively the “Export Laws”). Buyer additionally warrants that it has
not been, and is not currently, debarred, suspended, prohibited or impaired from exporting, re-
exporting, receiving, purchasing, procuring, or otherwise obtaining any product, commodity, or
technology regulated by any agency of the government of the United States. In particular, Buyer,
hereby, given assurance that unless notice is given to and prior authorization is obtained as required
by the Export Laws, buyer will not knowingly re-export, directly or indirectly, the goods or
technology sold, licensed or otherwise transferred pursuant hereto or the direct product thereof to
any country or recipient barred from receiving such goods, technology or direct product thereof
pursuant to the Export Laws or otherwise.
• Customer will be charged for engineering services for assisting customers to troubleshoot problems
unrelated to PCTI’s equipment.
• Base access requirements with regard to nationality of the service technician or engineer must be
advised in advance.
