Terms & Conditions

1. This term sheet constitutes a binding agreement between FaceCast and the talent.
2. Scope of work shall be defined as live video streaming on mobile application to targeted
audience, based on the given requirements and quota.
3. The ideal duration of any live broadcast must be a minimum of 1hr-2hrs per day.
4. Talent must complete a minimum total of 4,000 FCoins or quota plus 20 days and 40
hours before the cut off.
5. The talent shall not be considered as an employee to the FaceCast Live and this term
sheet only is created as an agreement to work between the group.
6. Talent is required to meet the identified coins target per month to get paid.
7. Talent must give time for training session with FaceCast Live Management Team for
coaching and feedback to drive performance improvement.
8. All criminal, sexual activities (including religious and political discrimination, drugs and
nudity) is strictly prohibited during video streaming.
9. Talent is not limited by this Term Sheet in accepting works by other professional work
offered to make sure not to make conflicts with the scope of work as defined in this
term sheet.
10. All applicable bank fees and other additional fees shall be shouldered by the talent. All
payable fees will be subject to the applicable taxes.

Agency Reminders

 Broadcasters must monitor their status to make sure monthly targets are being
completed.
 Agency managers or handlers will be sending report to broadcasters time, valid days and
FCoins based on the system report.
 Broadcasters hired in the agency are not allowed to send any information and salary
chart to other FaceCast group and streamers. Whether local or international after
signing the contract.
 Multiple FaceCast account are strictly prohibited.
 Creation of group chats aside from those provided by the agency is considered as
breaking rules.
 Manipulating, pornography, scamming, giving of wrong info will be terminated.
 Reports and complains from other group and personal issue is not Agencies
responsibility.
 Destroying co-streamers and the group will result termination and forfeit of salary.
 Spreading personal issue and information inside FaceCast is prohibited.
 Issues and concern involving agency broadcasters and its management should be
reported directly to respective handlers and managers only.
 Agency will not take any responsibility for any personal issues, incomplete requirements
and violation of broadcasters inside FaceCast. Basic salary will be forfeited.
 Broadcasters with serious violations will be terminated, salary will be forfeited.
 Broadcasters are not allowed to cash out its own FCoins without the given date,
approval of FaceCast account and the registered Agencies Paypal.
 Broadcasters are not allowed to transfer agency after being hired and signed a contract.
To do so broadcasters will be banned by the app for 3 months as part of the FaceCast
management rules.
Please Read: Failure in following the terms will result of Forfeiture of payment from
FaceCast and the banning of accounts.

Live Duration
Time base (New York time) (4pm-12nn the following day)
  At least 40 hours broadcasting in a month.
 Must broadcast 20 Valid days per month (Live 1hr = 1 Valid day)
 Private broadcasting is not counted in your live duration.
 Multi-guest does not count into Live duration.
 Live broadcasters with (sexy, bikinis, showing cleavage) streams are not counted
as valid duration.

*Remember you need to go live 40 hours and 20 valid days a month. For
example, if you have lived 20 hours on the first day of the month, and lived
another 20 hours on the second day, your 40 hours goal is completed. But you
still need to go live 18 extra day to meet the 20 valid days.

Salary
Monthly Talent salaries will be distributed.
 a. Cash out Period: 1-20 day of each month.
Cash out date every last day of the month (New York basis)
b. All talents should be verified to have a successful cash out.
c. If the talent is presented by a talent handler or agency as indicated information. Talent agrees
that all payments for services rendered and commissions shall be made to the talent handler
and agency directly not per invites.

Agreement:

 Any amendments, modifications and extensions to this term sheet must be mutually agreed
upon by both FaceCast live and the Talent in writing.
 All notice to the talent shall be sent via messenger.
 Each of the parties here to shall keep this term sheet and all its terms and conditions
confidential and shall not divulge the contents of the contract or any pertinent information
without the consent of the other parties.
