French cuisine

 Like other national cuisines, French cuisine is renowned for its specialties, whose simple
listing makes you salivate. However, there are also specialties to be convinced about,

 Snails
 The snails owe their popularity to Marie-Antoine Carême's French cuisine - creator of the
cookbook "The Art of French Cuisine". These small snails , made with butter, garlic and
parsley, have become so popular that special plates have been created with grooves for
snails and pliers that help keep the hot shell, making it possible to insert the fork with two
teeth into the snail. Lovers of these snails sometimes do not realize what a complicated
process of preparation the snails go through before they reach the plate . In order for their
body to be cleansed of food debris, they are subject to food shortages for 10 days. Then
they are washed several times, they are boiled, cooled and again boiled three times. Once
