Instruction 1: Pag ka approved ko sa admission portal ng inyong admission application makakatangap

po kayo ng sms sa inyong mobile phone na kayo ay puwede na mag enroll PLEASE paki disregard na
lang po ang notification na iyon at wag nyo pong gagawin ang instruction natangap ninyo. Pupunta po
kayo sa portal sa step 1 na nakalagay sa flow chart ng enrolment sa mismong araw ng enrollment
base sa details na send ko sa inyo ng schedule ng enrollment.

Note No.1: Sa may mga kulang pa ng school credentials example ( Transfer Credential and Certificate
of Good Moral Character) gumawa po kayo ng promissory letter at kung kelan ninyo isusubmit not
later than September 15, 2020 dapat po matangap na po evaluator ang original documents paki
attention po ang promissory letter to:

Kasama nyo po sa ipapadala ang original letter w/original signature after po ninyo mag enroll

Note 2: Sa mga nagpadala po ng sa akin ng original school credentials mag pm po sa fb page w/this
format complete name/course/2020/credentials I confirmed ko kung nasa akin po ang mga iyon
lilinawin ko nung unang inquire nyo at nag send po ako ng instructions na “PHOTOCOPY” lamang po
ang ipapadala ninyo at hindi original. Magkaiba po ang requirements ng ETEEAP office at Registrar
office. Kung na verify ko nasa akin ako na po ang mag eendorsed sa Registrar office. The rest po ng
ibang requirement ay ipapadala na po ninyo kay Sir Arnold thru courier.
