Dear Rianshe Prasanna,

We are pleased to inform you have been selected to work for Seattle Grace, in the Talent
and Acquisition departments as an HR Executive: subjected to the following terms.
1. Location: You will be based in Coimbatore.
2. Your Date of Joining: 05/10/2020
3. Probation: You will be on Probation for one month from the date of joining, based on
your satisfactory performance, your services will be confirmed only by issuance of an
Appointment letter to you to the effect of the company. The company has the sole
discretion to extend or reduce the period of probation. While on probation the
company may terminate your services by giving seven (7) days advance notice. If
you want to leave the service of the company, you must give the company 10 days’
notice in advance.
4. Remuneration: Your Total Cost to Company will be Rs. 850,016.00 per annum. The
details of the salary are shown in Annexure-1

Please indicate your agreement with these terms and accept this offer by signing this
agreement and returning it before 25th June 2020.
