    Dear Sir,

    I Renisha Bista , on behalf of BBS 4th year is writing this letter to the principal of
    our college Mr.Surendra subedi to propose to him to allow the students for a college
    trip to tilicho lake .The tour starts on November 1 st (Kartik 19) and likely to last a
    week.

    The budgeting details and itinerary for the tour is as stated below.

    Day 1: Drive from kathmandu to besisahar

    Day 2: Drive to khangsar

    Day 3: Trek to tilicho base camp

    Day 4: early visit tilicho base camp

    Day 5: Trek to khangsar and drive to manag

    Day 6: Drive to Besisahar

    Day 7: Drive to kathmandu

    The budget for the trip is approx. 18 thousand NPR including travel expenses, lodging
    and accommodation.Expected number of students likely to go tour is 25 to 30. We
    promise to maintain discipline through out the trip and have a memorial one , as it’s
    the last trip with the fellow students and teachers before graduation . Looking forward
    to a positive response.
