Components of Internal Environment

1. Owners and Shareholders- Owners are people who invested in the company
and have property rights and claims on the organizations.

2. Organizational Culture- Organizational Cultures is the collective behavior of

members of an organization and the values.

3. Resources of the Organization- An organizations resources can be discussed

under five broads’ heads physical resources, human resources, and
technological resources.

4. Organization’s image/goodwill- The reputation of an organization is very

valuable intangible asset.

Factors:

 Inter-personal Relationship with employees- Beneficial

 Organizational structure or in some cases Code of Conduct- Beneficial

 Quality and size of Infrastructure- Beneficial

 The founder’s relationship and their decision-making power- Detrimental
