    QUEZON CITY

    Pursuant to Section 13 of Supreme Court Administrative Circular No. 39-2020


    dated May 14, 2020, the Court of Tax Appeals is authorized to conduct regular
    hearings through video conferencing. In line with this mandate, the CTA En Banc
    in (CTA En Banc Resolution No. 3-2020) has approved the Guidelines on
    Hearings Via Video Conference.

    Should the parties be interested to set their case for hearing via video
    conference, they can contact the respective Division Clerks of Courts from
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. through the following office landline and
    official emails as follows:
