Consent Letter

I Viknesh Kannappan Rani hereby consent GET DMCC to take my candidature forward with the client
basis the information that has been provided and agreed mutually.
Day Rate: $ 80 on Site and $ 60 on Yard for on days only. No payment on travel days or off days
payment.
Rotation: 8 weeks ON and 4 weeks Off. Designation: CT Operator
Daily USD Rates Once Agreed: Will be Applicable for the next 4 Job Rotation Cycles at Client Site and No
Negotiations will be entertained during these 4 Rotation Cycles.

Mental & physical health:
Non cash benefits:
i. Medical Insurance
ii. Visa fees & processing, Exit re-entry
iii. Local work-related travel in work location,
iv. Boarding & Lodging at work location (including food),

Also, there would be a one-month exclusivity period i.e. I will not take up any offer from another
organization or drop this offer from GET DMCC for the next 30 (thirty) days.
In the event that your VISA gets stamped in your passport and you decide to withdraw your
application, due any foreseen or unforeseen circumstances, you shall be liable to payback the cost of
VISA to GET.
Upon receipt of such approved time sheet GET-D shall make payment to the consultant after
completion of 30 days following the conclusion of the month in which such consultant was on hitch.
Failure to do the above will have legal implications as there would be a risk/damage/loss to GET
DMCCs reputation/revenue.
