(NURSE 1, NURSE 2, AND PATIENT)

NURSE 1 : Good afternoon. How’s your day?

NURSE 2 : Are you ready to handover?

NURSE 1 : Sure, I’m ready now. Let’s do it now

NURSE 2 : In room 30, we have one new patient, and the rest are old pastients.

NURSE 1 : Hmmmm, oke.

NURSE 2 : Got it? Let’s begin with the new one. The new patient is Ms. ....., 17 years old,
with Anemia. She complained of chest pain, shortness of breath, and headaches. The results
obtained from physical examination, the patient looks pale, weak, CRT> 3 seconds, Blood
presusre 90/60 MmHg, Pulse 90 x/seconds, RR 33 x/seconds, Temperature 36,5 oc.

NURSE 1 : Hmmm, then what therapy has been given?

NURSE 2 : The patient has been given supplements of iron, vitamin B12, folic acid,
vitamins. Oh yes, she's also on oxygen.

NURSE 1 : Ok, I got it. Then is there any other action to be done?

NURSE 2 : Oh right, she must do a laboratory examination to find out the results of HB,
WBC, HCT, PLT, and her serum iron levels. Okay, that’s all. Any question?

NURSE 1 : No, all is clear.

PATIENT : Good evening, nurse. I think it’s a little bit better, not as painful as before.

from now until 09:00 pm later.

NURSE 1 : Hello Ms. ..... I’m Nurse 2, I will be your nurse in charge of this afternoon shift.

PATIENT : Oh hello Nurse 2, ok. Nice to meet you.

NURSE 2 : Nice to meet you too Ms. .......

NURSE 1 : Ok Nurse 2. Don’t forget to adjust the infusion drops and all her medicines are in
that drawer, and the last call dr. Dewi for routine visit this evening.

NURSE 2 : Alright, I am handle it. I will make sure all things going fine.
