In such a competitive world, education is the essential requirement of every individual.

Education is fundamentally a valuable asset for humans; means to know various things and explores
the world of their knowledge. The importance of education for all children, especially for those with
disability and with limited social and economic opportunities, is neglected. Indeed, the special
education system allowed children with disability increased access to public education. Some
children especially with disability in entering the post-secondary education fails to set foot in due to
the following reasons; a lack of encouragement and immense support by the child’s parents or
guardian, insufficiency of assistance of their needs mostly financially, the assurance that the child is
already qualified to take the next phase. The right of education for each one and the reinforcement of
government is a must in order to incorporate it well to every mankind.
There is a bill that will provide a helping hand for students with disability. A Senate Bill 171
by Win Gatchalian that wants to establish special education centers in all public schools in the
country to promote inclusive education and enable schools to effectively handle the needs of children
and youth with disabilities and other special needs. The bill if will be approved would aid everyone
mainly those who can’t afford to enter private schools with expensive tuition fees. Probably a future
school like Valenzuela Special Education Center that produces amazing talented students that teaches
them good morals like being courteous and respectful, verbal and nonverbal activities, skills that they
need for their livelihood such as food processing, sew arts and handicrafts, and computer printing and
papershop. In the process of learning they would able be passionate, praise with each other’s work,
and to depend and establish good teamwork. Imagining this change could make a good impact of our
society. Morever, the school of Valenzuela Special Education Center has established a business
continuity plan. This plan is used by the school for resiliency in continuing their operation of events
like COVID 19. It is not purely business though it supports the children studying their without any
fees to pay and salaries of the teachers, staffs and facilitators at the same time. One of the plans for
the continuation of education is through online classes and sending recorded video lectures. I believe
that this would really help the students in gaining more knowledge than by doing nothing. After
seeing the webinar, I have realized that no matter how unfortunate we are in terms of financially, as
long we have a strong mind and strong will anything is possible. And if you have something to offer
then don’t hesitate to lend a hand especially during this pandemic. Let us stop the mindset that the
rich only could gain good education for we all deserve it. In times like this education should not be
neglected if the government can’t than we will by thriving and believing hard. Living a life of
optimism leads to betterment, to all.
