Jamia Millia Islamia, a Central University, renowned for its highly glorious past and an equally
promising future, has more than 23,000 students, 700 full time faculty teachers, 9 faculties, 45
departments and more than 300 courses. Jamia is ranked 10th among Universities in India and

The Centre for Management Studies was established in 2003 and has a very rigorous process of
selecting students with less than one percent making the final cut. Its current Postgraduate
programmes include MBA in Finance, Marketing and HR in addition to the PhD Programme. In
order to enhance the industry effectiveness of the students, the department also offers dual
specializations in Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations and International Business.
