ACCESS Access the link and fill-up the Pre-Enrollment form.

Upload selected requirements with asterisk (*) and click Submit.

WATCH Go to the link provided and watch

the “Orientation on University Policies”.

CHECK Check your email address

for the scanned copy of the Certificate of Registration (COR).

Submit the complete set of admission requirements

SUBMIT to the Registrar on the 1st week of classes by schedule.
Review the content details—Name, Course, year Level, Term, Subjects, Units,
Class Schedule, Tuition and miscellaneous and other details.
