ONLINE COURSE REGISTRATION WEEK (Sept – Dec 2020)

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS

START

Student is COMPULSORY to consult the

Academic Advisor (AA) on the Course
selection based on individual student
plan per semester.

AA will tick the Course selection on the hardcopy form

and forward to student for his/her guidelines in filling
up the Online Course Registration Form.

Student to access the Online Course Registration Form

via the link below and fill up by 1 (ONE) attempt only.

The filled-up online form will be auto- emailed to your

email account entered in the form.

To complete the registration process, forward the form

via email to your AA as an evidence of form submission.
*Important:
Student that filled-up the Online Course Registration Form
wrongly/differently other than the one consulted by the
Academic Advisor will be subjected to add/drop manually
which requires him/her to pay RM600 for the processing fee.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON SELECTION OF COURSES REQUIREMENT

 MUST PASSED the pre-requisite(s) for the courses engaged except for Lab Investigations I, II, III and IV (all
courses related to Lab Investigations should be done concurrently or already passed the course(s) earlier)
 Courses that have timetable clashing will not be considered at all for registration as it will affect the schedule
for online test/midterm exam. Student MUST COMPLETE the lower level course first.
